Refuse transfer station: Precautions for the use of brake fluid in refuse compacting transfer station
Author:
Brake fluid is an important part of the braking system of waste transfer station, which affects the braking effect of waste transfer station and is related to the stability of driving. So what are the precautions when using brake fluid in waste transfer station? Let's learn the following:
1. If you accidentally mix gasoline, diesel oil, engine oil or broken glass water into the brake fluid, it will greatly affect the braking effect. It should be replaced in time. 2.
2. brake fluid can easily deteriorate due to long usage time, so pay attention to timely replacement.

3. For vehicles equipped with brake fluid level warning device, you should always observe whether the warning indicator light is flashing and whether the performance of the warning sensor is good, add brake fluid in time when it is insufficient, and keep the stored brake fluid between the calibrated lower capacity scale and the higher capacity scale.
4. In normal driving, if the braking is light and heavy, the brake fluid should be replaced in time, and the brake system should be cleaned with alcohol before replacement.
5. When the vehicle braking appears to run off, the braking system should be carefully checked. If you find that the bowl of the distributor pump expands too much, it means that there may be problems with the quality of the brake fluid. At this time, you should choose a better quality brake fluid to be replaced, and replace the bowl at the same time.
6. When changing seasons, especially in winter, if you find that the braking effect decreases, it is possible that the brake fluid level is not adapted to the winter climate, so when replacing the new brake fluid, you should choose a brake fluid with low viscosity at low temperatures.
7. Do not mix different types and brands of brake fluid. For brake systems with special requirements, specific grades of brake fluid should be filled. Since different brands and types of brake fluids have different formulations, mixing brake fluids will cause a decrease in brake fluid index. Even those brands that have better inter-solubility and are labeled to be mixed or substitutable are not satisfactory in use, so do not use them for a long time.
8. When water is mixed or inhaled in the brake fluid, or when impurities or sediments are found in the brake fluid, it should be replaced or carefully filtered in time, otherwise it will cause insufficient brake pressure, thus affecting the braking effect.
