Waste Transfer Station: How to regulate the operation of waste transfer station

The compressed garbage truck is composed of sealed garbage compartment, hydraulic system and operating system. The following explains how to correctly operate the garbage transfer station::

1、Operate the electric control button or hydraulic control handle, retract the push plate cylinder, push out the skid plate cylinder to a larger stroke, push out the scraper to a larger stroke, press and hold the tipping bucket control handle downward without loosening it, so that the tipping bucket moves downward to the ground. Align the wheel axle of the hand-push garbage truck with the wheel fork in the bucket and the front end of the garbage truck against the triangle iron to prevent the front of the garbage truck from falling to the ground.

2、Control the scraper cylinder to retract to make the scraper outward to a larger position, and control the skid plate cylinder to retract to lower the skid plate to a lower position.

3、Open the front flap of garbage trolley, operate the tipping bucket control handle or electric control button, make the tipping bucket and hand push garbage trolley go up together and keep the uniform speed, unload the garbage in the pressed bag bin, then operate the tipping bucket control handle to hold down the top without loosening, make the tipping bucket and hand push garbage trolley go down together and keep the uniform speed, pull out the hand push garbage trolley.

4、Control the scraper cylinder to extend to a larger position to make the scraper scrape clockwise to a larger angle. Note: If the garbage in the bucket is not evenly scraping the garbage clockwise, you can scrape a small angle several times to make the garbage evenly before scraping the whole angle. Control the slide plate cylinder to extend, so that the slide plate movement to a higher position.

5、Continuous cycle operation steps 2-4 until all garbage loading and unloading is completed. Manipulate the tipping bucket to the closed position, in the cab, and depress the clutch. Press the extractor switch to disconnect it. Drive to the next garbage collection point.
